The Missouri Chapter has deep roots when it comes to the formation of APCO International. In fact, one of the founding fathers of the Association was from St. Louis and the first APCO Conference occurred in St. Louis! While Missouri was part of a multi-state chapter, we officially received our charter and became an independent Chapter on August 15, 1955.
