Throughout the month of July, Emergency Communications Centers from across the state were challenged to engage with their community and collect both hygiene and first aid supplies that would then be donated to a charity of their choice.
Centers that chose to get involved were pitted against each other in a battle for food! Agencies were divided based on the number of frontline staff employed. In total, five centers from across the state participated in the competition and were able to collect a total of total of 3,380 items!
Congratulations to Christian County Emergency Services on being named winner of the 2022 Christmas in July Drive – Large Center Division and to Kennett 9-1-1 on being named winner of the Small Center Division!
Thank you to all the centers that participated in this engagement drive!
