Matthew Knight Memorial Scholarship
*Missouri APCO is a 501(c)6 organization.
Named in honor of Matthew Knight who served as the Chapter Commercial Advisor between 2017 an his unexpected passing in 2021, this scholarship honors his commitment and dedication for the Missouri Public Safety Communications Conference.
In addition to his service on the Missouri APCO Board, Matt also served on the Missouri NENA Board and the Missouri Public Safety Communications Conference Committee.
His dedication to the MPSCC and Missouri’s Public-Safety Communications professionals has helped make the conference what it is today, ensuring that quality training and essential technologies are fairly represented each conference.
We are proud to continue his legacy through offering one Matthew Knight Memorial Scholarship each to the Spring and Fall MPSCC.
The Missouri Chapter of APCO is committed to building future leaders within our profession and the association. In addition to this, we strive to ensure access to continuing education, personal development and professional development. To further these goals, the Missouri Chapter of APCO issues a scholarship award to both the Spring and Fall Missouri Public Safety Communications Conferences.
