Missouri APCO to Host Let’s Dish in Jefferson City

Missouri APCO is proud to host this unique, three-day event focused on identifying symptoms and root causes of organizational issues and then empowering centers to address the identified issues. 

Throughout the event, the instructor and moderators will work with all levels of staff to positively impact the culture in their center. 

Each day is targeted at a very select section of staff and will be limited to those who fall into that classification. For example, supervisors and Directors are not allowed to attend the frontline day. We do this so that frontline staff feel comfortable identifying and speaking to symptoms and causes they see. Information that is obtained in the frontline day will be brought forward in the supervisory day, and so on. 

  • Day 1 – Frontline Staff
  • Day 2 – Supervisors
  • Day 3 – Managers/Directors

Registration is limited to 25 attendees per day. A minimum of 10 attendees each day is needed for the event to take place. A registration fee of $15/attendee is required to hold your seat and will provide you with a quality meal.

Day 1 is limited to frontline staff only. Directors/Managers and Supervisors are not allowed to attend this day but are welcome to attend their respective days. 

Day 2 is limited to supervisory staff only. Frontline staff and Directors/Managers are not allowed to attend this day but are welcome to attend their respective days. Note:  Supervisory and Administrative days may be combined at the discretion of the instructor dependent on the number of registered attendees. 

Day 3 is limited to Director and Manager level personnel only. Frontline and supervisory personnel are not allowed to attend this day but are welcome to attend on their respective days. Supervisory and Administrative days may be combined at the discretion of the instructor dependent on the number of registered attendees.
