Missouri HB 1676, if passed, will add the term “Telecommunicator First Responder” to the list of recognized first responders in the state of Missouri. On March 29, 2022, MOAPCO Vice President JR Webb along with other representatives from the emergency communications profession travelled to the State Capital to testify before the House Committee on Public Safety.
